		<description>The telegraph website has always been quite good, and maybe this MPs expenses traffic will die down, but a few people who would have never looked at telegraph.co.uk will now have done so. And some of them will stick around because they like the look, feel and other content.

I think there is brand loyalty, but not as much as in the offline world. Its too easy to switch. Of course that&#039;s Google&#039;s biggest fear!

Are people really brand loyal on the internet?  I don&#039;t think so.  I&#039;ll go anywhere where the story is given in full :-)
