Submit your Website to our Gallery

We’re planning to launch a new ‘gallery’ page on our website that showcases the best WebEden websites. It will be designed to inspire current and future users of our website making system, and show them what its possible to do with a WebEden website.

We’re inviting you to submit your website for the gallery page. We’d like to see a huge range of websites, from brochure website to club or hobby websites. Its a great opportunity to show off your Sitebuilder skills, and get some traffic to your website too.

If you’d like to submit your website please post a comment below with your website address and a few words as to why you think its great!

I’d like to sign up for putting my site in the gallery however it’s not finished yet – is this a requirement?

At the moment I’m updating my site almost every day and hope to get it finished soon so is there a timescale for when the gallery would be launched?

    Thanks,

    Shane

    Hi Shane,

Very good point – we didn’t specifiy a time limit.

Really we want to get the page live in May, so if you can submit before the end of April that would be great.

Ok here are some of mine:

http://www.butememorials.co.uk – no-one will actually BUY a memorial stone via a website, will they? Yes, they do! Even better, the bereaved can remain in their own homes and decide what they want long before they come to the memorial stones showroom. AND they can use the website to involve their families in the decision-making process, no matter where they are in the world.

http://www.ibcsigns.co.uk – the owner wanted a website with a friendly tone that would draw in customers wanting signage. The range he offers has really mushroomed and will shortly be requiring a new website with a much more ‘artistic’ focus to promote more decorative items. It’ll be a webeden one, of course!

http://www.portbannatynemarina.co.uk – with a contact us page, downloadable booking form and immediate access to the weather and tides authorities, the new marina is getting lots of new business thanks to its website.

He’s about to set up a chandlery there too, so there will be a shop tied in to paypal this year too.

http://www.colleenmagennis.co.uk – a local jeweller wanted a shop window for her products. I am making this site to show off her eclectic range. With hindsight, I should have used the webeden database to store the jewellery details. But I was initially told that there were about a dozen pieces…..but was then confronted by 200 pix!!! Still might redo this one at some point….but can’t face starting again!

Forthcoming sites – butebatman.co.uk – local bat conservation officer wants to have a web presence to attract local authorities to use his skills; http://www.themindseye.co.uk – hypnotherapist wants shop window to showcase her various ‘script talents – hypnotherapy for sports, for birth etc

Please include my website in the gallery. I have been using site maker since August 2005 and have learn’t so much about websites thanks to the software. I have used many of the features you offer such as blog/news boards, opinion polls, video players, galleries, links, tables, calendars, bookmarks etc. Since building up regular visitors to the site companies now e-mail me to advertise Heather Small ans M People gigs at their venues. Have even recieved a few free tickets through this! Thanks for the fab software – will we be able to post widgets soon on to our sites e.g like twitter feeds and profile badges from other sites?

  • admin

    Hi Graham,

Sounds like you are a WebEden aficionado!

Consider your website submitted – we’ve been checking it out for a while, its a great effort. And thanks for the Twitter follow too :-)

We going to shortly roll out a full integration with all the popular social networking platforms, so you’ll be able to fully integrate, add friends and members, and look for other people to increase your profile. The developers are burning the candles right now, and we hope to bring this out in May. Rest assured, we’ll make a big song and dance about it at the time!

Cheers – Looking forward to the updates!

Can I please submit my website to the gallery now: shanekennedyphotography.webeden.co.uk

I’ve created small websites in the past but this is my first attempt at using SiteBuilder and making a website with a specific purpose. It’s new so hasn’t had many visitors (still doesn’t appear on Google search yet although it has been crawled so I’m hopeful it’ll be soon) but it gave me great satisfaction making it and I plan to take the idea further in the future.

I love webeden because I can change daily what I want without having to ask to a graphic designer to do for me.

Basically I became a webdesigner in 20 minutes and now I have built 6 sites.

  • http://www.aitkenimages.co.uk ian aitken
  • http://www.dasandlouis.co.uk Louis Loizou

I would love to submit my website to the gallery.

Although I have been a creative art director/graphic designer for many years, I have only ever designed websites which others have programmed and built. With SiteBuilder, I was able to take my design and have more of a hands on role creating it.

The site (www.dasandlouis.co.uk) has had fantastic feedback and has help me and my copywriter partner procure lots of work. Clients are impressed with the portfolio and showreel displays which for us, are ideal to showcase our work.

This summer, the plan is to update the site and refresh the look. Stay tuned!!

Please include our site in the gallery, I spend hours at dog shows
telling people to use “webeden” to build their website. The world
of “show dogs” is a world where people want to shout from the
roof tops about the quaility of their dogs and the best way to do It is
with a great website that is economical and
so easy to use. Well WEBEDEN is the way to go and I feel our
website is a GREAT EXAMPLE of what EVERYONE can achieve
using the WEBEDEN system. You wont be depending on anyone
else to update your site, its SOOOOO easy, we have had thousands
of hits from all over the world, check it out http://www.bullmanbullmastiffs.com

  • http://www.ChesterDragonBoatFestival.co.uk Julian Thursfield

    Hi Team,
I am the organiser of the Chester Charity Dragon Boat Festival and chose Sitebuilder as my chosen supplier to build my site.

I found the system easy to learn and use and have been able to build a site that is now ranked No.1 on Google with just the search words “Chester” & “Dragon” (you don’t even need the rest – how cool is that!).

Minimal problems with maximum achievements, I have no hesitation in recommending Sitemaker to others.

    Julian. http://www.ChesterDragonBoatFestival.co.uk

  • http://www.guardsgearmilitaria.com Paul Black

Would be happy to submit my site.

  • http://www.cksocialclub.co.uk Peter

I’ve created this site for our social club, probably now hitting 40,000 hits in 2 years so that should tell you something.

I have recommended Webeden to loads of people, excellent package at a very reasonable price.

Almost anyone can produce pro results in a very short period of time.

Please let me know if you like it

This is our second year in business and we didn’t have a website last year. Having worked relentlessly to create a website using another provider, I was devastated when it crashed within 2 days. I was recommended webeden and found it very easy to use to recreate a much more professional-looking site. I have had a lot of positive feedback about how good it looks and it has certainly boosted our bookings for this year. We are now developing a second complex of gites for the physically and mentally handicapped, so I will soon be enlarging the site to encompass this. It would be great to be included in your showcase!

I would like you to consider my websites that we have built with webeden.

We started the http://www.whiskymerchants.webeden.co.uk/ in November 2006 and is now reconised as one of the leading whisky information sites in the world. The whiskymagazine.com has a home page link back to us. We have just passed the 650,000 visitor mark.

We have also built a Scotch Whisky Tasting Guide using the webeden System http://whisky-shop-online.webeden.co.uk/

We find the sytem easy to use and we can provide so much more directed information.

We will be building more specialised whiskey sites with the system in the future

I have used the webeden sitemaker for a number of years now and have always found it easy, interesting, and clear to use. I have two running sites with you, which people comment positively about frequently.

Within both of my business sites I have used alot of your features; galleries, links, email, payment options (add to cart, view cart, etc), visitor counters, animations, searches, etc.

The webeden team have been a great support with any queries I have had, and I hope to keep this working relationship and my websites with them for many more years.

    Thanks,

    Kate

There are many well build websites within webeden but I feel mine is worth a visit because in my opinion it has a special touch which makes it unique and stylish. Although primarily a photographic site, it has a poetry section in which I post my poems and in the very near future I intend to incorporate a music page where I will post my compositions and musical productions. Feel free to visit it and post a comment so I can improve the site. Thank you. Mabelle

Having looked around for a web site which would be easy to use I decided to go with site maker after the recommendation from computer magazine.
Thanks to your intuitive software it has been very easy for a complete novice like my self to build up the web site to a very surprising professional look.
Comments from other Model Boat Clubs the general public as well as our local council has made it all worthwhile project to bring our model boat club into the world wide web.

  • http://www.businessdevelopment.org.uk Kevin Conroy

Hi thanks you guys for an amazing tool, I have used it in my business as you can see from this website listed. My wife runs her cleaning company almost exclusively through it and so so several of her clients.

All our hobbies are on them too biking, boating, my sons photography and my daughters ceramics. Its just great.

My website will always need updates and addons adn its so easy to do.

I would like this website to be listed as we may be able to help individuals and businesses ask for discount if you get directed from here.

Most of the business development companies in the country would like this domain name and linking it to a site where we have total control helps us keep it in house and not have to be dependant on any other people.

All the best and thanks again

    Hi,
Please consider my website for submission to your gallery, I had never built a website before, And since the deaths of my twin daughters i wanted to do something that would help other bereaved parents and their families hence wanting to build my site in memory of my daughters.
Webeden was so easy to use and really helped me step by step with setting up my site my site i couldnt of done it without the simplicity of webeden, the site has been going for a year now and through it i have met so many other bereaved parents like myself and i like to think my site has helped them find some comfort i have had alot of positive feedback from it and found a great deal of support from others who visit my site too.
It would be an honour to have it included in your gallery and a great memorial for my twins.
    Thanks Hayley

It has evolved into a popular International friendship, dating and entertainment website with lots of fun and unique features. Hi, When I first used webeden I had no idea on how to build a web site. Thankfully after finding your site and being brave enough to start I found it absolutely amazing and so easy to do. The tools and facilities you supply make it almost idiot proof. I think my site is a testament to the simplicity of use of webeden, take a look and let me know what you think.

I have by now set up three webeden websites :www.infra-suveil.com
    http://www.pros-etancheite.com, infra-homeinspection.com
Fondamentally i appreciate your great work , In the past 6 years i wasted about 15.000 € on website projects. The were nice to see but inaccessible for me without the websmaster (who mastered my site) For every single modification i had to wait and pay . (i felt like a hostage) with WEBEDEN system , i can access at any time and modify as i please WITH NO COST ! that is what we call liberty of
movements. And mind you my sites now are ranking among the first in coogle pages thanks to your assistance , your advice and my perceverence. One important suggestion : once the ranking is high
    stop panipulating texts

Hi, here’s a website I’ve built through Webeden. I feel it shows the variety of things you can do with Seller’s tools and Photo gallery as well as how it’s possible to set up an online shop without the need for specific e-commerce software. Because of the lack of an e-commerce system, it does mean more manual work (i.e. checking stock uploads and updating daily, checking Cart daily, etc) and limited payment options for merchants, but because of the unbeatable design software that Webeden offers, your shop can LOOK like one of the best on the internet – like it was created by a pro – and attract a lot of customers. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to start off on a small online retail venture, to get a handle on the management of your outlet first, before forking out on expensive e-commerce software that can give you an equal design format for about 10 times the price.

    Enjoy browsing :o)

Hi, I have had my two sites for a couple of years now, and since I retired last March I’ve been getting better and better at improving it. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel site is well used – lots of visitors – and has helped me find homes and new show owners for my cavaliers. My rental appartment in Paphos site (www.welcometopaphos.co.uk) is my next project. My s Derek helped me change the look of it to make it more modern but I need to drive more traffic to it. We have used Webeden for quite a while now. We have found it to be both user friendly and very affordable. It’s great to be able to access your own site whenever you need to update or change items on the site and know that it will be immediately available to any potential clients. Our site not only provides clients with information about our company, but also has lots of pages with useful consumer information. This site has been so successful that we have now built a second site to rent out our holiday home in Spain. Http://www.villamartinholidayrental.co.uk or http://www.villamartinapartment.webeden.co.uk. We would love both our sites to be featured in your gallery page.

I built our site with webeden over 2 years ago now and it has been the most cost effective advertising / promotion I have ever done, we average 5000 hits a month on our homepage so are more than happy with the way its going, I have recommended webeden to a lot of people and they too love using it.

    Hi.
Well for a website with what I thought would be a fairly limited interest, the number of ‘hits’ has been nothing less than astonishing. Quite apart from the pleasure I have got over the past couple of years putting the site together, to know so many others are enjoying it too is great reward in itself. And all this grown from an initial ‘free trial’ with Webeden !!

We are pretty proud of the site we have developed. Neither of us has had experience in building a website and have to say the design process was made very easy with this package (well apart from spending hours writing and re-writing text of course!).
What is great is when we hear positive feedback from customers saying how impressed they are with the look of the site, hopefully setting us apart from the competition!

I am in the process of totally re-building this site from scratch, with a new host server,(WEBEDEN) so please bear with me as I add more content.

This site aims to give a little insight into the rare Tibetan Mastiff, and introduce our own dogs.Hopefully, having wetted your appetite, you will wish to find out more, and we welcome your questions and will do our utmost to provide you with honest, straightforward answers. I welcome genuine visitors to see our pack “in the flesh”, where you will see for yourself how they live in a home environment, as opposed to pictures in text books.

I feel this website has helped our company develop a professional image. It’s taken lots of tweaking, and I’ll be editing it all the time it’s running.

But I feel it does us justice

    Thanks Webeden :)

I would like my website, Retuniverse.com to be added to the Gallery, I have spoken to Webeden on Twitter and they recommended I submit it to the gallery, I have worked very hard on my site and feel it is worthy enough of being added to the gallery.

    Dear Sir/Madam

In November 2007, I enrolled at Night School to learn how to build websites. The receptionist said to pay the fees when the course start in January 2008.

Not knowing one little bit about building a website, I did a research on the net to get a basic knowledge so as not to appear too dumb in front of the other students. I came across WebEden which was offering a one month Free trial. I took up the offer and found the instructions were so easy to follow. After the trial period, I decided to cancel my college course and with the fees, I subscribed to WebEden.

After many trial and errors and updating my site a few times, I am very pleased with the results, thanks to WebEden.

I would love to have my site included in your Gallery.

    My site is: http://www.johnwing.co.uk

    Many thanks
    John

Hi there, I would like to introduce my site – http://www.gadgethub.webeden.co.uk the freshest reviewing website for technology, games and films. But non – techies do not be put off as there is always something to interest everyone e.g we also advertise books depending on who wrote them or who it is about, we also write debatable articles. The reason I would love my Website to be noticed is all from my efforts at making such a fantastic site taking into account I am only 15 years old. It is a great website to find out the latest and greatest with a nice design and easy simplistic way to use. All I want is to share my passion with everyone else… thankyou :D
