		<description>Twitter DOES work as a marketing tool - done carefully ;-)

I&#039;m sure lots of people are sick of hearing about it (and up until a few months ago, as you know, I was one of them).

But for anyone seriously trying to get their product or service known, twitter is a great tool. You can generate more business and - perhaps more importantly - deal with any complaints or problems in THE most transparent way. 

And in the current climate, we should be exploiting all the free tools that we can get.

Like webeden websites ;-)
