Service Disruption 15:30 BST
DETAIL: We are currently experiencing some unexpected problems with our service delivery.
RESPONSE: We are investigating this and expect to have this resolved promptly.
DURATION: We will provide an update on the cause and resolution once completed.
UPDATE: 16:20 BST (GMT +1) 15 Oct 2009
We performed a routine maintenance operation to expand the disk space, which ordinarily requires zero downtime. Unfortunately the the operation hung which caused a cascading problem. This meant we had to restart the entire service.
Because the restrart was unscheduled we took greate care to minimise risk, which added extra time to the whole process.

Is it still out?? I cant log onto my site (keeps timing out) and am unable to even log in webeden account to see if there’s an accounts error. Just been to a trade fair and given out biz cards so really need to resolve problem! Can you advise??????

Hi Dan,
I have just clicked on your URL and found you site is live.
I suggest you may have to update your Flash Player on your machine.
Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install the newest version of flash and then restart you machine.
This should hopefully resolve the issue. If it does not then please email me at ken@webeden.net and i will pass your query onto tech support.
