Just as a matter of interest, in conjunction with Ken&#039;s post, this is where you can use Twitter brilliantly.  If someone says, for example, Apple are rubbish (which they&#039;re not btw!) , you can bet your bottom dollar that Apple will be straight into their timeline with an offer to help solve the problem.

This willingness to handle one&#039;s detractors in public is one of the brilliant transparent pluses for Twitter.  I&#039;d be much happier about visiting a company that is willing to hold up its hands and say, you know what, yes, we screwed up there - let&#039;s make it better for you.
