    How about giving me a idea on how to revert to my ‘Lite’ package I had before upgrading??!

    If you want to downgrade you need to raise a support ticket – they’ll be able to help you out.

    Ken, I recieved a ticket but that is far as it went!! The support team did not send me a reply.

    How are you supposed to find out whats wrong with your site and why you cant access it to alter it when your user name is not being accepted or allowing you to log in ????????

    I am afraid you must be using the wrong username or password to login.

    I suggest going to the login page and clicking FORGOT YOUR LOGIN DETAILS and then using your email address and resetting your password. A new password will then be sent to your email address.
