I have used webeden many many times to make sites. I am trying to make another today. When uploading images it just sits on PROCESSING IMAGE, i have tried different browsers, different image formats and same result. Have webeden got any problems at the moment? Any help would be great

Help with mobile view wanted!!

Hi, I've almost finished my web design for my new business, and, as a start up, I can't really afford a graphic designer to design the site for me, and webeden has been perfect for me thus far. I have a site that I love and that looks very professional and clean. Problem is, I just viewed it on an ipad for the first time and it looks horrendous. My business is around weddings, so appearance is very important, but the mobile version looks like a toddler did it. Is there ANY way I can change this, without changing the format/style/look/feel of my site? Or even turn OFF mobile viewing?! It really is that bad, I'd rather have No one view it on a phone/ipad at this point than risk losing potential valuable customers? Please help, much appreciated.

Does anyone here have a Webeden site that uses a Slider/Carousel type header ?
Something like the WOW product.

If this can be done in Webeden, I dont really need to spend $69 on the Slider if it can be done already for free - or, if you have purchased WOW slider, can you tell me if it actually works with Webeden ?

Grey Band across screen

Does anyone else have a band of grey going across the screen just below the toolbar in edit mode? It means I can't scroll right to the very end of each page or to the bottom in mobile edit mode :(

Hello,

I have had an issue with setting up my mobile site.

The site works fine if you type in the web address to a Mobile browser but if clicked on with in a social network (Twitter, Facebook, etc...) It loads up a disjointed version which I cant seem to get rid of. Anyone else had this issue and resolved it?

My question is what on earth is an ips tag and how can I find it for my site?

I have quite a few "add to cart" buttons on my site and if you click them it connects to Paypal. OK so far. This may be the case for two or three items but I've found that the shopping cart items disappear, or only the latest item is still there.I've checked the links and they are all set up ok so far as I can tell. I am in a very limited trade so don't really expect to sell much online but it's good to have a presence. This would certainly put me off though if I was a customer.

Hi, since transferring my website to webeden, I have been unable to open it. This is the message I am getting.

Page cannot be found!

Please check the website address (URL) and try again.

I have tried accessing it through wordpress which is my editor and I cannot access the admin panel either. Can someone please help. www.carecleancleaningservices.com. Problems showing youtube video

For some reason the youtube video that was always displayed on my site is not showing. Everything is fine with the video clip itself - its not restricted in any way. I've checked the settings on Webeden and tried re-loading it a few times but nothing is working. Can someone please check if for me and tell me what is happening? Thanks.

Hey Guys,

I'm after a bit of help as I'm a newb and starting to struggle with the finer art of web building.

I'm trying to verify my site with Bing and Pinterest. They give me a file to upload to my site or metadata. I have tried both formats and neither work no matter where I put them on the site. I have noticed that there is a pesky '#' after all of my webpage addresses and wondered if this is causing it and if there's a way to get rid of it.

I have tried to ask for advise on the forum previously and also resorted to trying a Tech Query but this just "bombs" my site
I simply want to know how I can use a Voucher site (see ChorleyCoupons) so that I don't have a price. Many vouchers have deals not set prices.

I run 3 webeden sites and yesterday on two of them the fonts in the text boxes are all fuzzy and showing blue/green. Displays ok on ipad, not on my other pc. The third website doesn't have a problem= any clues please?

Although I have transferred a domain to webeden from Ipage, and I have accepted T & C of Gandi as requested, it is still showing status is pending 10 hours later. How long does it take until I can get into my website. Can anyone help please?

Hi, I really need some urgent help. I have transferred my domain from ipage to webeden and after 5 days, i am still getting the message Status is pending. I cannot access my email or edit my website. This is a small business website and I really need to be able to answer emails as it is related to my business. I have put in the authorisation code (copied and pasted it) and accepted the terms and conditions of Gandi and it has all gone through so I am bewildered as to why I am still receiving this statement.

How do I put the Pinterest Pin button on my site?

I haven't got a clue how html works, so I can't quite understand the instructions on putting a Pin it! button on
we can have the html widget thing, so i did that, but I can't work out for the life of me how to make the next stage
work. (it's the option for making any picture on the page pinnable)

I don't have a text, so I don't know where I would put it.

I tried making an HTML widget on the page using that second code, but it didn't do anything. and then I tried to put the code into the meta data blob, but again, I got nothing.

Last time I tried this, I gave up and made one image pinnable instead of the page.

Could you please let me know what I'm doing wrong? (or not doing that I should be)

Can you please help me. I have 4 websites with webeden (www.eastoneycs.com,www.theoldcountinghouserestaurant.com,www.theancientraj.net,www.bombaypalace.org.uk)but i seem to be having a problem with one of them.

My latest website is www.bombaypalace.org.uk. when I enter this in the URL it comes up with the message "There is a problem with this website's security certificate,The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address.Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server. "

It does not happen everytime, but happens sometimes and I dont know why or when it happens.

My customers get worried by this message and are put off entering my website.

It has been many, many weeks since I asked for help re a domain transfer. 4 weeks ago the guy that runs this awful forum told me to email at info@webeden and since then Kev had not responded to 5 emails and the main office support system have not responded to 6. This company is really, really awful and I am sure they have blacklisted us because we want to move just one domain from 13 we have with them. What petty children. I am left with no option but to drop by the address I have in Hove and see what the hell is going on.
