Paypal not working..

I am a little confused and help someone can help, I have added my products and set up the links to paypal from the cart, it goes through to the PayPal page, you put in details for payment but then nothing happened. No e-mail / payment to me or to the customer...am I missing something or have I set something up wrong? Please help ASAP...

Does anyone know how I can get my forum working like any other? There doesn't seem to be an option for the member to be emailed/informed when someone posts against their comments etc.

Also, how can I make it like 'this' forum with the 'My profile' etc?

Hi, I have created a shop. I have added some items but the items, how can the items be resized within the frame given ? I can resize the frame but no the item to sell. any ideas. site www.amazingautographs.co.uk click shop and you will see what i mean, the photos of the item need to be made smaller within the frame. cheers

Shop Category Not Updating

I have made changes to my shop category titles and also deleted one and saved the changes. However the changes have not happened when I view the site. I have emptied the cache and viewed on 3 different machines and the categories still read the same. Is there anything i have to do on the webeden side other than save ?

I have only discovered this today, as I am building a site to sell computer products, this is an excellent feature, but, there are some issues or I would like to put some suggestions and slight modifications forward.

Can the images be resized, they are to big and stretched, can the title font be resized and changed, especially if you have long product names, everything is set at large and that’s kind of the let down about this brilliant feature unfortunately.

Very good idea for more advance users would be the Edit product name and descriptions to be optional and function as the SKU/Stock ID would, and only appearing on selected pages, so we can at least add our own titles and descriptions, IE: a text body to function as a list with bullet points and the positioning is flexible.

Please, please, please, give use more flexibility with this feature, images and text especially!

I have a free account with webeden. I set up links to files that appear to work when I preview them via 'view my site'. When I try to open these links in a web browser it tells me 'downloads are disabled'. Is this because it is a free account, or is there a solution?

Can't show new page in Menu without scrolling

I have just developed a site with the Free account. This should allow me to have 15 pages. I have 11 at the moment all showing on the menu. When I add another page it will not show in the menu without scrolling arrows. Enlarging the menu box only makes the shown tabs larger. How can I make the menu box take more tabs?

Log In Problem

I spent hours last night trying to work on my new site. I wrote loads of info, arranged different pages and things. Now I can't log in to my website.

I follow a link from my email inbox as the page doesn't appear f I type in the web address.

It brings me to my site where it says I am a guest at the bottom. If I try to 'log in' it takes me to the 'contact' page. I don't want to contact myself. I want access to my website!

WHat's happening?

i was also getting the locked into html view ect that is in the link above but putting compatability mode on has stopped that.

Website Visability on Mobiles

Hi, I am new here so forgive me if I have missed something!

I have created a webpage, bought a domain name, and then realised that the Webeden use flash for website creation. I am aware that flash sites are not visible on mobile devices such as smartphones, ipads etc. This is true, as I cannot view my site from my smartphone.

Seeing as many people now use portable devices to access the web, I feel a large percentage of my viewers will not be able to see my page. This is disappointing. Is there a way mt page can be made visible? Or is Webeden working on this at the moment?

Last night i thought i would look into implementing googles adsense for search on my two sites as i already had adsense for content,on the search page came up a web eden article about the GROWING SOPHISTICATION OF CLICK FRAUD so i clicked on it to read the article,Some hour or so later when checking my emails i had one off google saying my adsense had been suspended,i checked my web history against the time of the email and the time i read the article and they are exactly the same.NOW PLEASE TELL ME IS THIS ANY WAY TO TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER?,DO WEB EDEN AND GOOGLE THINK THAT ANY ONE WHO LOOKS AT THAT ARTICLE AND HAS A ADSENSE ACCOUNT IS A FRAUDSTER,? Hi All

I want to land different domain names to specific pages on a site.
Example Pie-eatercoventry.com (not a real domain just an example) to a page called pieeatercoventry on the website. Then pie-eaterleeds.com to the pieeaterleeds page on the site.

Is the best way to use the web forwarding facility with the domain registrar rather then just relying on the A record (which will just land the domain on the home page). If so is iot best to use framed or none framed web forwarding

Popup Gallery - advice sought

I've got a pop up gallery on one site, but the image causing problems is long and narrow (although high resolution and box set to crop). The resulting pop up image is weeny - too small to see the detail, which is what the client wants.

What can I do to this image, in an art package, that will mean the overall image is larger in the pop up. Got pop up set to 800 pixels, but I think that must be outwith the maximum size as subsequent changes are making no difference to pop up size.

Any clue?

Headers keep disapearing

Hey,

I'm developing a new website and feeling very flustrated because I need who menus so I have created few buttons on side to create a vertical style menu, but something very strange has been happening and it's making it very difficult for me to carry on building. All the header's keep disapearing for no particular reason. One minute they there next minute they are not, when I go back over the box to see if the text is still there, it's just gone.

This has happened previously on our old website , to show you what i mean see here: www.build2serve.co.uk/welcome. You can clearly see all the headers on the page have disapeared.

Other thing, if one examined we dont find me like on google and there is no a lot of website when somebody give Shiatsu in Lanark or Biggar.
