Shop Items

    Hi, I have created a shop. I have added some items but the items, how can the items be resized within the frame given ? I can resize the frame but no the item to sell. any ideas. site www.amazingautographs.co.uk click shop and you will see what i mean, the photos of the item need to be made smaller within the frame. cheers

    Because the originals are longer, and almost banner like in shape, the system is trying to squeeze them down to the shape that you wish them to appear on the page.

    When you save your site, the backend takes the image you uploaded and saves a smaller sized version of the original.

    The image will appear different when in edit mode because it's using the original image. But when you view the your site you will be seeing the image that has been processed.

    The workaround for this is to upload images that are approximately the same shape as you wish them to appear on the site.
