Website image not coming up with link on Facebook....

I've done a website www.tabiconference.co.uk and we're talking about it on Facebook. However, when people type the url on FB, we are only pulling up a grey screen where (with my other sites) we get a whole snapshot of the screen in miniature. I have no idea what might be causing this - the copy (description) comes up ok, but just a grey box. Any ideas?!
