Sites loading very slowly

    Both of my sites have suddenly started to load in very slowly.... was not an issue until the other week.. particularly the video clips.... was always fine before, not sure what has been changed, but it is not good.

    still finding they load in really slow, the video clips etc..... seems no one is interested, take your money quick enough though!

    This could be just for you caused by your slow internet, or it could be you dont have enough bandwidth for your site..

    I know whats wrong you need to resize your photos and the video might be better in a video rather than utube snippit, the real test is once the page has loaded can you Scroll down with out any juddering.
