I am very pleased that webeden now allows us to edit (arrange content etc) on the mobile version of our websites, however, no matter what I do the content always appears as it did originally. The mobile preview updates fine but in real life nothing has changed.
Is anyone else experiencing these problems?
Is there something I can do to get this to work?
If it is an issue with Webeden, can anyone tell me when this will be fixed and begin working?
Not sure what that means to be perfectly honest. Is there anything I can do to find out and then to potentially fix the problem?
All I know is that is looks fine (how I want it) in the preview, but no matter mobile device I go onto everything is displayed as if no edits have been made
You mobile device may be viewing an older version of your site. I would try and empty the cache memory on your mobile browser and give it another go. If this still doesn't work then you will need to raise a support query to the tech guys via the Webeden websites support page.
Emailed the support team but it seems that there is nothing they can do. It's a problem that affects everyone so going to have to wait until the bug is fixed for an unspecified amount of time.
If this affects everyone I am surprised that nobody has already posted on the forum about this. Does anyone else have the same problem?
