ROUNDCUBE ????????????? help please

    I just tried to set up an email for a new site. When i click on open email i am forwarded to a Roundcube login page. Can someone explain this please.I get the exact same thing when i try the webmail.domain method. I have another site from a while back and dont encounter this problem. I see people have posted this problem previously but no one has given an answer. As i want to set up social media accounts using this email ad and i want to launch this site with this email ad asap i would be grateful of any help , thankyou

    Hi grumpymchaggis, roundcube is the newer webmail service we provide our customers. What is the issue you are having with it?

    Hi, it diverts to roundcube log in but i dont have a username or password for roundcube and anything i try webeden password related doesnt work

    The username should be the email address you set up with your domain, and the password is set by yourself as well. If you have tried this and still have no luck then you will need to raise the issue with our tech guys via our support page on our website. I know the process may be slow but it does work.
