If i am understanding you correctly you have a store which is hosted elsewhere and you want to have that store on your site rather than external?
Or you want people to click Store on the menu and it opens over your site rather than a new window?
Well either really.. the second would be fine. It is just so that her visitors are only ever using 1 window, so a new page doesn't pop up when the store link is clicked. It doesn't matter where the store is hosted, just that it all appears integrated as one site to the visitor The store section will then have a link back to the main site, so both aspects are linking to each other within the same browser window.
Just a quick question?? Should the iframe work in all internet browsers? It is working fine in Chrome and firefox, but not Explorer or Safari Wondered if this is a common issue or just my luck!?

It is an issue you cannot fix only because it is a browser issue with iframes and flash...
i am really sorry but as more and more browsers are becoming equal it wont be long till all browsers do roughly the same thing...
