Domain name still pending after 5 days

    We have come in the office today and seen that there are a stack of domains still saying pending.

    i am still waiting after a week for my purchsed domain to change from 'in pending' ....no reply after numberous attempts via email..to webeden....take my money ignore my emails and leave my domain in limbo....any response to this guys?

    Hi - i have been emailing theteam@sitemakerlive.com several times since the 9th Feb.
    The domain name is www.londonhostels-tv.co.uk

    Hi Matt,

    I can see that the domain has an invalid postcode attached so will not register with nominet.

    You will need to amend your details in your account and then let me know and i shall restart the domain.

    When you email support are you replying to a ticket you have or just emailing that email address?

    hi - i have ammended my postcode in my account info here at webeden to tr14 8bn - this is not where the card is registered to - there is no registered postcode address - as the ccard was a gift card.
    I have been emailing the address direct - and not replying to the automated ticket responses.

    Please advise if is all sorted now - FYI , my ccard has been debited.

    Hi matt,

    The reason the mails did not go through to tech support is that you need to submit a ticket via the support panel and not a direct email as this will just go straight into their spam mail. Click support at the top of this site and Submit a Query that will go straight through to the tech team.

    With regards to your postcode i am sure this is to do with the Registry Nominet needing a real postcode and nothing to do with the ccard.

    I shall restart the transfer and if you do not receive anything by tomorrow afternoon then please contact the support team who will gladly help you out.

    Hi - i am not able to submit a query via the support panel as i am on a free host package at the moment - hence the direct mails.
    My account details have all been updated with correct postcode - domain name is still in pending and driving me bonkers now..please can you see if you can resolve this for me...thanks.
