    as a new user I now find I cannot access my site because 'Sorry

    my url

    is under going maintenance '
    Is this something other users encounter and how frequently? Has it become a problem?

    I am afraid this happens sometimes if the software is doing an upgrade but it does not happen often <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
