Can receive but not send emails from outlook or other mail clients

    I can receive but not send emails from outlook (for Mac). The settings are correct but the it cannot find the server. I can send from webmail but it will not allow me to attach emails. Its becoming a real issue as reliable email is essential to my business.

    Help would be greatly appreciated!

    i have the same problem with one of my customers they have a mac pc and there having problems too. any help please

    Hi,

    Can you guys confirm what mail settings you are using? The ones recommended are;

    incoming server (pop)
    pop.yourdomain.com

    Outgoing server
    smtp.yourdomain.com

    replace yourdomain.com with the one your registered
